1. Dacotours’ Payment Procedure

a. When Booking Directly on Our Website

This option is most common for fixed-price group tours. All you need to do is just:

• Simply review the tour details carefully on our website.

• Fill in your personal details & travel information in the booking form.

• Complete the 100% payment online (similar to well-known travel platforms like TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, Airbnb, or Booking.com).

Once payment is completed, you will instantly receive a confirmation email with your receipt. Please double-check all details and let us know immediately if you find any errors.

b. When Booking by Contacting Us Directly

This option is recommended for private tours, customized services, or large groups. The process includes the following steps:

• Booking Confirmation:

  • After you select your preferred tour or service, our team will send a Booking Confirmation via Email, WhatsApp or another agreed channel.

  • The confirmation will include all details of the tour, price, and payment instructions.

  • To secure your booking, please complete the deposit payment within the given timeframe.

• Deposit:

  • A deposit of 30–50% of the total tour price is required to confirm your reservation.

  • The remaining balance can be paid before or on the day of the tour, depending on the type of service.

  • For large groups or customized tours, the deposit percentage may vary. Our team will inform you in advance.

• Final Payment:

  • For multi-day tours: The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before departure.

  • For daily tours & activities: The remaining balance may be paid on the day of the tour.

  • Once the final payment is made, you will receive a receipt or e-voucher confirming your booking.

2. Dacotours’ Cancellations & Refunds

• 7 days or more before departure: Full refund of the deposit.

• 3–6 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit.

• Within 48 hours or no-show: Deposit is non-refundable.

• If the tour is canceled by Dacotours due to unforeseen circumstances (such as bad weather or force majeure), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Dacotours’ Payment Methods

Dacotours offer several secure and convenient payment methods to make the booking process easy for you:

a. Online Payment via Website

• For bookings made directly on our website, payments are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted payment gateway.

• Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal.

• Your card information is processed securely and never stored on our system.

b. Bank Transfer

• Payments can be made via international or domestic bank transfer.

• Bank details will be provided in your Booking Confirmation.

• Please note: Bank fees or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• To speed up confirmation, kindly send us a copy of the transfer receipt once payment is made.

c. Payment in Cash

• Available for new direct bookings in Vietnam or to complete the remaining balance of a confirmed reservation with a deposit.

• You may pay cash (in VND, EUR or USD) to our authorized sales staff, tour guide, or at our office in Da Nang City, Vietnam.

• Always request a receipt for your payment.

• We recommend preparing the exact amount in advance to make the transaction quicker and more convenient.

d. Local E-Wallets (Vietnam Only)

• For your convenience, we also accept payments via popular local e-wallets such as Momo, ZaloPay, ViettelPay.

• Details and QR codes will be provided upon request.

e. Pay-on-Arrival (Special Cases)

• For some daily tours or last-minute bookings, you may pay the remaining balance in cash or via card/e-wallet upon meeting your tour guide at the pick-up point.

• This option will be confirmed in advance by our team and by you.
