Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi & city highlights

Start: Airport pick-up & warm welcome
Arrive in Hanoi & meet your local guide at the airport. From the start, you’re well taken care of with a smooth transfer into the city and friendly assistance after your flight.

Midday: Lunch & city introduction
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then begin exploring Hanoi with your guide, who shares useful background about the city’s history, culture & daily life.

Stop 1: Temple of Literature
Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, where Confucian values shaped education & society from the 11th century onward.

Stop 2: Cyclo ride through Old Quarter
Relax on a one-hour cyclo ride around Hoan Kiem Lake & through the Old Quarter, passing lively streets, everyday local scenes & Dong Xuan Market, the city’s largest traditional market.

Stop 3: Religious & colonial landmarks
Stop at Al-Noor Mosque, the only mosque in Hanoi, then continue to St. Joseph’s Cathedral, a French-era landmark surrounded by cafés & street food stalls popular with locals.

Break: Egg coffee experience
Pause to enjoy Hanoi’s famous egg coffee, a unique local specialty and a favorite among Hanoians.

End: Water Puppet Show & dinner

Day 2: Hanoi to Halong Bay cruise

Morning: Transfer to Halong Bay
After breakfast, your private car picks you up from the Old Quarter for the scenic drive to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Northern Vietnam.

Midday: Cruise check-in & lunch
Arrive at the harbor & receive a warm welcome onboard a deluxe Halong Bay cruise. Enjoy lunch as the boat glides among limestone islands rising from emerald waters.

Afternoon: Halong Bay exploration
Spend the afternoon enjoying cruise activities such as sightseeing, relaxing on deck or optional experiences depending on the cruise itinerary (swimsuits recommended). The crew & guide ensure everything runs smoothly.

Evening: Overnight on board
Dinner onboard & overnight in a private cabin, surrounded by the calm, magical atmosphere of Halong Bay at night.

Day 3: Halong Bay morning & departure

Morning: Caves & bay scenery
Wake up in one of the world’s most beautiful bays. After breakfast, visit stunning caves or scenic viewpoints, enjoying Halong Bay at its most peaceful time of day.

Late morning: Lunch onboard
Enjoy a seafood lunch as the cruise slowly returns to the harbor.

End: Return to Hanoi & airport transfer
At noon, disembark & meet your private driver for the transfer back to Hanoi, then continue directly to the airport for your departure flight.
