Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa – Cat Cat Village

Start: Transfer from Hanoi to Sapa
06:30 — Your guide picks you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter & you begin the drive to Sapa via the highway. The route is smooth & scenic, with views of northern valleys, rice terraces & mountain ranges along the way.

Midday: Arrival & lunch in Sapa
12:30 — Arrive in Sapa town. You’ll stop for lunch at a local restaurant before checking in to your hotel. Take a short break to refresh before the afternoon activity.

Afternoon: Cat Cat Village exploration
14:00 — Visit Cat Cat Village, a traditional Black H’Mong community at the base of the valley. Walk through narrow village paths, see daily crafts like weaving & metalwork, and admire the waterfall & the old French-built hydropower station. It’s an easy, engaging way to learn about local culture.

Late afternoon: Free time in Sapa town
17:00 — Return to Sapa. You have free time to wander the town, browse the market or grab a coffee with mountain views.

Evening: Dinner & overnight stay
19:00 — Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Spend the night in Sapa & rest for an early start the next day.

Day 2: Sapa – Bac Ha Market – Hanoi

Morning: Early breakfast & departure
06:30 — Have breakfast at your hotel.
07:00 — Depart Sapa for Bac Ha Market, which opens only on Sundays. The drive takes you deeper into the highlands where several ethnic groups gather to trade.

Explore one of the most colorful markets in Northern Vietnam. Meet H’Mong, Dao, Tay & Nung people dressed in vibrant traditional clothing. You can observe local trade, browse handmade goods, taste regional snacks & see the energy of a true highland market scene.

Midday: Lunch in Bac Ha
11:30 — Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing your cultural exploration.

Early afternoon: Ban Pho Village visit
13:00 — Head to Ban Pho Village, home to the Flower H’Mong. Learn how families make their traditional corn wine, walk through peaceful hamlets & get a closer look at everyday life in the mountains.

End: Return to Hanoi
14:30 — Begin the drive back to Hanoi.
21:00 — Arrive in Hanoi & get dropped off at your hotel, ending your 2-day Bac Ha Market & Sapa journey.
